I still treasure my Basic Fleshcaller from my early days as a newbie and thank whomever it was that was selling it at the time.

The combination of Flesh Rend, Flesh Pass, and Fleshtheft allows one of my party members to simultaneously serve as medic and combatant.

  • Flesh Rend
    • [Offensive, Flesh, RNG: 3, DUR: instant]: tear wounds in your foe by pulling their very flesh open
  • Flesh Pass
    • [Friendly, Flesh, RNG: 2, DUR: instant]: sacrifice your own flesh to mend the wounds of your target
  • Fleshtheft
    • [Offensive, Grappling/Flesh, RNG: melee, DUR: instant]: pull the flesh off your opponent and meld it with your own, binding your wounds

I prefer the Fleshcaller to the Sick-Stick because the latter only provides Fleshtheft. I have yet to find a better secondary weapon than a Hand to Hand (Grappling) weapon. I started with Bare Hands, moved on to Iron Knuckles, and then Spiked Chain Gloves.

Right now, I currently employ my “medic” directly on the frontlines. She serves as a barrier between enemies and my more fragile spellcasters. She needs to be able to quickly move and reach each of my other party members as well as each of the enemy targets so she is generally placed on the outside of any formation I make.
