Every time I try to sell to an NPC (at the hospital, warehouse, etc.), I get a message telling me the shop is full. Here’s an example:
Hopitan Emergency Supply doesn’t have any room in their inventory! Transaction failed.
I’m stuck with a lot of low level gear, and I could really use the money, but I haven’t found anywhere I can actually sell it. Am I missing something? Is this a bug, or working as intended?

This is most definitely a bug. I’m pretty sure this is not how we want it to work. Or how it worked in the past, at any rate.

The hospital and warehouse don’t buy stuff. I should probably make it so the “sell to the shop” link doesn’t show up for shops that don’t actually reserve spare room to buy items.
Anyway – go to East Hopitan (southeast from the Square) and you should be able to sell to the Tourism Committee.
(oh and forgive Kranodor – he reported this problem to me and I gave him misinformation – sorry Kran!)
