Hi Rangersheck, I hit the “Facebook connect” button from the Aethora fan page and went right to the “We seem to have hit a snag” error screen. I’m testing stuff out in Safari…I wouldn’t be surprised if it has nothing at all to do with Aethora, I’ve only been on FB for a few days but it seems really buggy. . .

The error comes from Aethora trying to use Facebook data after going to the signup page with a parameter that assumes the Facebook connection was successful. In your case (and in a handful of others, now that I look at the log), the session wasn’t actually established. So now I am double-checking for the session and it should let you know if the Facebook connection failed, rather than give you the error screen. I suspect you’re right – it’s probably on Facebook’s end – sometimes it’s slow to connect and it probably timed out. Usually I can just try again and it works immediately. Can you try it again and see if it goes?
