I don’t remember where I got my fine gustblade…does anyone know where it’s from? It would help me out if you knew! Thanks =D

You could simply check yourself… being a member of the dev team, with access to the developer server and the Designer Tools… you could check out the NPC groups by yourself. But since I know it, without having to search for it (I just had to check back) I can tell you that gustblades are weapons pretty much exclusively given to the Bloodstreak Bandits of Chadukan Desert, which are fought in “The Double-Coil Inventor, Part 2” and which may be available as random roamers in Chadukan Desert (Path to the Lab, and/or Bandit Camp, OR general Chadukan Desert) … but which, as far as I’ve gathered have been suspended because of the Pioneers Week Event.
