I did a full battle reset so you can play on. Sheck will have to take a closer look at this, but you should be okay for now.
EDIT: Okay, there seems to have been a loop, the same NPC taking six or so consecutive turns without doing anything… there is a report file, that’s good.

Thanks – I’ll have to figure out why some NPCs get stuck in a loop. Seems to be pretty rare, but has happened a couple times now.
Also, the Chaduk Haven Provision Cellar was only supposed to use one NPC group, not all the NPCs of the Chaduk Desert – I fixed that (Potatoes and Turkeys are wanderers only, they are not going to show up inside the town again).

Thanks for the help guys.
Although it sucks that I couldn’t kill the turkey because of the error x.x

The same just happened to me. I hit “End turn” and the wait bar never stopped, so I hit F5 to refresh the page. The NPC tried to attack me but failed with an “invalid action” message, and then the same character that I just finished my turn with started its turn again. I finished my turn again, but I got another “invalid action” message and the same happened. I tried a few more times, but I couldn’t break the loop. The turn counter seems to be increasing, but not my action and move points, and of course, I cannot do anything else.
Can you help me please? Thanks in advance!
BTW: one of the actions’ status message (I’m guessing it’s “strong like a potato”) reads:
$actor summons up its inner and outer strength. (21)

Okay… I reset your battle. You should be good to go on now, and Sheck will have a look at this problem later. Also, could you report your typo again to the typo thread?

Yeah…I went offline shortly after that…. got this:
Your battle never finished it’s building stage and has been idle for more than 60 seconds, so we reset it. We apologize for the inconvenience. An administrator has been notified and you should be able to try your battle again. If this has happened multiple times in a row, please report the problem in the Technical Support forum.
Seems you now have a fail safe in place, nice!

Ah good – yeah, that failsafe was in place a while ago but I hadn’t realized there was a bug in the failsafe itself, causing it to error (the failsafe was failing, sigh). I just fixed it yesterday, glad to hear it worked :)

Sheck_ I tried it again and now it says it can not find the battle construction. I tried resetting it but it still can’t find a battle

I just got this error…the battle screen didn’t even pop up when I clicked “Go Hunting”. This appeared…
Your battle never finished it’s building stage. It either generated an unknown error or has been idle for more than 60 seconds, so we reset it. We apologize for the inconvenience. An administrator has been notified and you should be able to try your battle again. If this has happened multiple times in a row, please report the problem in the Technical Support forum.
Not that it is a problem, just thought I’d notify you.
