That’s peculiar, but you can simply set your party to inactive, that way they’ll regenerate health… |

According to your last battle log, looks like one of your characters managed to flee the battle – when you flee, you don’t get sent back to the hospital. In some cases you might not want to get sent all the way back to the Hospital, and then fleeing is a good option.
